Point to ponder after this shoot...

My favorite places to photograph also tend to be some favorites spots for my friends who are, let's say domestically challenged. So while shooting the ever-handsome Matt, we hear a cell phone ringing from the vicinity of someone's belongings and sleeping person.

A few moments pass, before the thought strikes... where does he charge his cell phone?

I had a great time with you Matthew! Thanks for putting up with your Mom & I at dinner and the movie. :)

Cali Visit

I miss my friends in California oh SO much! So when I got to fly back to shoot Michelle & David's wedding... happiness all around. I'm just about finished with wedding photos, but for now, I thought I better share a couple of these...

I was fortunate enough to shoot this family this summer. These kids are gorgeous! And why wouldn't they be?? Just look at their parents! Loved all the images from their shoot.

I am so far behind posting images. Things have been busy to say the least!
I absolutely love all the referrals I have been blessed with. So thank you wonderful clients for spreading the word! I really do appreciate all the business you have sent my way!

Needless to say, I knew the next few months were going to get interesting when I was booked every weekend through Christmas way back in July. Love it! So if you're a procastinator (like me) make sure you book your holiday photo session well in advance. :) Speaking of procastination... I just ordered my family's Christmas cards! I am so proud of myself. I'm still in shock! It's going to kill me not to mail them out right away. Don't laugh too hard at me if you get yours shortly after Halloween. I'm just so excited they are finished way ahead of schedule.

believe it or not, I first met this guy over 20 years ago. Crazy how time flies! But I'm very happy to have met his beautiful family & catch up a bit.

I love women with muscles! Kayte is such a fun model. Not afraid to trespass, show off her tattoo or pose in front of crazy people who'd stop & stare when they saw her! Love that!

Prayers needed!

Today was little Kaden's heart surgery. Please keep him & his mom in your prayers.
He is such a tough little guy! I know the hardest part of his recovery will be trying to keep him laying low. So Amber, we're praying for extra strength for you! Love you!

Twins!!

I have been so excited to meet these boys for SOOOO long. They are two handsome fellas. They are just 6 days old and so perfect! I am truly blessed to have Lori as a friend. She is an incredible person. We've been friends since 7th grade! And man, are there some stories...

For now, we'll skip the stories and share some pictures. Lori, I do not know how you do it! You are breathtakingly beautiful. Six kids and you are one hot mama!

My new crush...

I have been so bad. I have a ton of images to share, just haven't gotten around to posting them here. So forgive me. They may be a little out of order for the next couple of posts.



Meet Kaden. Do you see his hair? Need I say more?
I fell head over heels for this little guy. He is so cute & so full of life. Kaden will be having heart surgery this fall. It's truly amazing to see the faith in God that these two have. I feel so blessed to have spent the day with yall. Thank you for trusting me with the job of capturing Kaden.

As an artist, I love the beauty in maternity photographs. There is nothing more feminine and more beautiful than this moment in a woman's life. (I know we never feel it while it's happening... but it is.) No doubt about it!
